Council Member Peter Hendricks moved to authorize the mayor to enter into the agreement in an amount not to exceed $150,000; Council Member Franz Suhadolnik seconded. City Attorney Adam King and City Administrator Susan Robertson provided comments and staff answered council questions. Council President Keith Saks called for a roll call vote: AYES — Keith Saks, Franz Suhadolnik, Peter Hendricks; NAYS — none. Saks declared the motion approved.
Staff were authorized to finalize the contract within the not-to-exceed amount and to draw funds from the Street and Path Fund for the work.
