CDC Todd Peterson said the city received a $273,000 grant to complete Phase II components (lighting and a trail connection to Roseau School), while the Phase II estimate is $350,000; the city may need to identify additional funds to complete the remaining work. The Council agreed to post a notice of the ribbon-cutting and noted the Phase II timeline and design tasks ahead.
