Sun Valley council approves modular block wall for Sinclair Path, awards bid to All Seasons Landscaping

Robertson asked that the motion be amended so the expenditure come from the Street and Path Fund; the mover and seconder agreed. Council President Saks then called for a roll call vote: AYES — Keith Saks, Franz Suhadolnik, Peter Hendricks; NAYS — none. Saks declared the motion approved.
The action was a contract award decision authorizing All Seasons Landscaping to proceed under the terms of its bid; the council recorded the funding source and left scheduling and construction timing to staff and the contractor.
