The city holds $250,000 from SHPO, $52,500 in insurance proceeds, and the Council approved a revised Mighty Ducks grant resolution (Res. 34-26) to assist funding; staff is also pursuing federal Congressionally Directed Spending requests. Councilmembers asked for work sessions with Roseau Youth Hockey and authorized staff to pursue short-term fixes to avoid cancelling scheduled events.
