Village Treasurer Maureen Gumowski presented the August 2025 financial report. She reported General Fund revenues of $421,000 and expenditures of $442,000, a $21,000 shortfall. The Water Fund showed revenues of $227,000 and expenditures of $106,000 (a $121,000 surplus). The Capital Improvements Fund had revenues of $238,000 and expenditures of $582,000 — a $344,000 deficit driven by 2025 streets ($311,000) and a mini-excavator purchase ($89,000).
Treasurer Gumowski asked that the August report be placed on file with the minutes. President Schroeder confirmed the report would be filed; no board questions or further discussion were recorded on the figures.
