All votes were recorded 5 AYE, Trustee Nancy Belt absent.
Trustees approved the emergency repair and the LED lighting contract by roll-call vote and waived bidding for the traffic-control work per Illinois statute where noted. The disposals were handled via ordinance with second and final readings and roll-call votes recorded in the minutes.
