Housing Director Hannelore Dysinger told commissioners she has submitted required 2024 reports to the county treasurer and is assisting three homeowners with housing-preservation grant applications. She said the grant agreement has not returned to the county because of a federal shutdown, but staff are still accepting applications and informing applicants of possible delays.
Dysinger also reported that combined Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program income for Crawford and Roscommon counties has exceeded $35,000. No vote was required; she asked the board to note the status while federal grant documents remain pending.
