Trustee McCollum moved to approve the contract and Trustee Cramond seconded; roll call recorded ayes from Trustees Nielsen, Cramond and McCollum and Mayor McDonald.
The contract covers targeted patching on two village streets listed in the agenda and is intended to address pavement deficiencies described during staff reports. The board’s vote authorizes the village administrator or designee to finalize contract execution and proceed with scheduling work with the contractor.
