Deputy Mayor Theresa Flora moved — and trustees seconded — approval for three community fundraisers and events: a Fox Lane Foxappellas car wash on June 14, 2025; the Valley View Block Party on July 19, 2025; and a Fox Lane Football car wash on August 23, 2025. The board also approved the Mount Kisco Fire Department's request to hold the annual 9/11 ceremony on September 11, 2025. All motions were adopted with unanimous aye votes.
The board authorized the Village Manager to sign the Snow and Ice Agreement for 2025–2029 and three supplemental agreements covering 2022–2025. Trustee Karen B. Schleimer moved to award Contract #2025-01 for janitorial services to Reliable Cleaning Services for $107,940.00; the motion carried unanimously. The board approved paying submitted bills for April and May 2025 totaling $225,903.07 across the General, Water, Sewer, Capital, Library, Trust and Special Purpose funds.
Other routine governance actions included approving the May 5, 2025 regular meeting minutes as amended and moving in and out of an executive session to discuss proposed litigation. The meeting was closed at 10:40 p.m.
