Ladd board approves 4% raises for deputy clerk/UB clerk and administrative assistant

Trustees voted unanimously to give a 4% raise, effective July 1, 2026, to the Deputy Clerk/Utility Billing Clerk and to the Administrative Assistant in the Clerk’s Office.
After returning from executive session, the board approved wage increases for two village employees.
Trustee Brad Nicholson moved "to give a 4% raise to the Deputy Clerk/Utility Billing Clerk as of 7/1/2026, as well as a 4% raise for the Administrative Assistant in the Clerk’s Office as of 7/1/2026." Trustee Patrick Flanagan seconded the motion and the board voted aye: Thrasher, Victor, Flanagan, Martin, Nelson, Nicholson. The motion carried 6-0.
The motion record does not provide current salaries or budgetary offsets; the clerk's office will implement the increases effective July 1.
