Elkton council adopts work-session agenda unanimously

Council Member Rachel Michael moved to adopt the agenda for the April 7, 2025 Elkton Town Council work session; Council Member Aaron Napotnik seconded the motion and Mayor Joshua J. Gooden called for a voice vote. The clerk recorded YEAS: R. Workman, V. Fulginiti, J. Hensley, R. Michael, A. Napotnik and L. Heidel; NAYS: none. The motion carried on a 6-0 voice vote.
The adoption was procedural and set the meeting order for committee reports and the Town Manager's presentation of the recommended FY26 budget. No amendments or discussion were recorded on the motion.
