Town negotiates Kubota tractor transfer; landfill cleanup items raised

Superintendent Mike Croft reported to the Town Board that he spoke with Joel Moore about transferring a Kubota tractor to the Town. Croft said that, considering maintenance, labor and fuel costs the Town has incurred, "the Town would offer $7,000," and that Joel Moore had not yet provided an estimate of the Town's payment.
Croft also relayed items discussed at a landfill meeting including crushing tanks, drilling a new well, moving the fence and arranging brush-hog cleanup because the area is getting overgrown. Board members noted the landfill has not yet been mowed and Joel Moore said it need not be done until spring of 2026.
