The Town Board scheduled its next meeting for Oct. 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. and designated it as a public hearing to receive comments on multiple items: the Charter Franchise Agreement, the Assessment Agreement, the proposed Dog Sheltering Contract and a proposed Tax Cap Override Law.
In unfinished business the board also decided to use the Village of Montour Falls' event and operating permit application format for local permits. The Oct. 14 agenda will provide an opportunity for public comment on the listed agreements and the proposed dog-sheltering contract; the board noted the hearing will be the forum for citizen input before any final action.
