Monroe County approves multiple grants and contracts, including public-health and planning awards

Additional items approved included authorizing a contract with Keeler Construction Co., Inc. for the Attridge Road culvert project and amending a University of Rochester contract to continue development of the county's Medical Countermeasure Program.
