The health benefit resolution records a monthly premium of $1,480.83 per full‑time employee with said employees contributing 2% of the monthly premium; the resolution also lists deductible/co‑insurance contributions and per‑year amounts as stated in the packet. Both measures were adopted by unanimous roll call.
