At 6:43 p.m. Supervisor Chad Niles moved the board into executive session to discuss the employment history of a particular person or corporation and matters related to hiring, discipline, or termination. The motion was seconded by Councilman Adam Deuyour; the board recessed briefly and invited Dawn Barney (identified in the minutes as a 2026-elected councilwoman) to join the session.
The board returned to open session at 8:02 p.m. by motion of Councilman Deuyour, seconded by Councilman Trimm. The minutes state that matters were discussed in executive session but "no action was taken." The board adjourned the regular meeting at 8:03 p.m.
