The Town Board approved a set of FY2025 budget transfers at the Nov. 12 meeting under Resolution #156-2025. The approved adjustments reallocated existing funds within both the General Fund and the Highway Fund; examples recorded in the minutes include moving $345.13 from 'taxes on property' to 'insurance,' $1,157.70 from 'demo unsafe building' to 'landfill,' and $1,900 from the Supervisor salary line to garage contractual expenses.
Highway fund transfers included reallocations from fuel to salaries ($4,365.56), ERS to Social Security ($319.73), and fuel to health insurance ($5,235.75). Councilman Adam Deuyour moved the budget-transfer resolution and the board approved the motion by roll call: Niles-Aye, Trimm-Aye, Snyder-Aye, Deuyour-Aye, Robinson-Aye (5-0).
The transfers adjust line-item accounting within FY2025 and do not reflect new spending authority; the minutes list each account code and dollar amount for the record and the transfers were filed with the Town Clerk.
