Board approves third amended intergovernmental agreement with PPRTA to enable voter-approved projects

Staff explained that PPRTA uses A/B/C priority lists and that communities must complete A-list projects before moving to B-list projects; staff also said the town will still need to pursue additional grant funding because approved projects’ estimated costs exceed available RTA funds.
Trustees discussed which town projects appeared on the A-list, including portions of El Paso Trail and Iona Avenue road improvements, and asked staff about expected deliverables and engineering. After discussion the trustees approved the amendment by voice vote.
