James Burrows reported that he has confirmed with David McNamara that tennis clinics will run this summer and that McNamara is interested in broadening the target participant pool. The committee discussed multiple maintenance options for Church Street courts and expressed hesitancy to leave maintenance solely to DPW because of staffing and time constraints.
Cheryl Doble raised concerns that pickleball nets were left up through the winter and are now snow-covered; members said that could affect participant satisfaction if users are charged when equipment is deteriorated. Doble suggested creating a short tutorial video on CourtReserve and arranging a DPW test of the registration system in March to avoid problems at season start.
