Administrators report gains on Strategic Plan but say more growth is needed

Dr. Sean Rhoads, Dr. Kim Liles and Dr. Wise presented an update on the District Strategic Plan, reporting forward movement across the plan's 22 indicators while noting that ‘‘much growth is still needed to accomplish the District's goals.’’
The presenters highlighted notable gains in multiple measures and praised staff and students for progress made during the prior year. Board members heard that the plan spans multiple goal areas and that the district will continue to prioritize adult learning, assessment refinement and systemwide frameworks to accelerate student outcomes.
