Center Cass Board approves consent agenda, accepts staff resignations and a $18,750 audit contract

Board President Brian Liedtke recorded five members present and two absences. "This motion, made by Megan DuPass and seconded by Adam Sage, Passed," according to the meeting minutes. The packet lists a proposal from Gorenz and Associates to conduct the FY25 audit for $18,750; that proposal was approved as part of the consent agenda.
The motions were routine and passed without recorded opposition: Yea 5, Nay 0, Absent 2. The Board’s approval leaves routine hiring and personnel actions in place while district leaders prepare for the 2025–26 school year.
