McKayla Dickinson, staff planner, summarized the proposal: three three‑bedroom townhomes on a 0.32‑acre lot with 13 parking spaces (1.44 spaces per bedroom) and 15.7% landscaping. "Staff is recommending approval of this request with the following conditions that the development of the townhome development complies with the site plan and the landscape plan that was submitted in conjunction with this request," Dickinson said. The applicant’s representative, Rob Crowley, confirmed the project will follow the submitted materials and emphasized screening to hide the parking area from adjacent homes. Commissioners adopted a motion to approve the CUP with the five conditions presented in staff’s report.
