After review and approval by the City Engineer and City Attorney, Commissioner Kim Sherwood moved to approve the final plat and performance guarantee; Commissioner Ausborn seconded. The motion passed 3‑1 (Commissioner Teagan Hall opposed).
The Board approved the agreement allowing final plat recordation with a performance guarantee; staff will monitor installation and release the bond upon completion of the sidewalk as inspected and accepted.
