A council member moved to approve Blackstone Limited's bid of $20,800 and a colleague seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll; Alders Craney, Knoll, Truhart and Miller voted in favor. The motion passed and the item will be forwarded to the council for final consideration. The council did not record any abstentions or opposing votes during the roll call.
