Following a closed executive session, the Marble Falls City Council returned to open session on Jan. 6 and authorized the City Manager to make a bona fide initial offer to purchase two properties: 704-708 Second Street and 114-120 U.S. Highway 281 (Parcel 28270). The motion to authorize the offer was made by Councilmember Richard Westerman and seconded by Councilmember Griff Morris; the council voted unanimously 6-0 to approve the authorization.
