Second, Drum moved and Funk seconded to adjourn at 4:15 p.m.; roll call recorded all yeas and the adjournment motion carried 3-0.
Both recorded votes were unanimous among committee members in attendance. These committee actions were recommendations or procedural motions; the recommendation to approve Issue 119 will be considered by the full Board at a later date.
