He said the county had the opportunity to file alongside the Harmony Township Farmland Preservation Coalition and asked the commissioners for authorization to proceed.
Both Commissioner Greg R. Kaffenbarger and Commissioner Sasha L. Rittenhouse agreed that Thompson could file the county’s opposition with the coalition. The minutes record Thompson's statement that the resolutions under consideration had been approved by the prosecutor’s office representative, Kadawni Scott, who represents both the health district and the auditor’s office.
