The applicant, 23-27 Beach Street Realty LLC, was represented by lead design professional Shahin Badaly. The subject property measures 6,692 square feet and is in the I: Industrial zoning district. "The applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Special Permit Approval to construct a 2-story concrete industrial building on the property, as well as a new driveway paving for off-street parking and landscaping," the minutes record.
The board reviewed a prepared resolution and the Chair moved to approve; Commissioner Charles Whites seconded. The resolution was adopted by a vote of 4-0.
