On farm retail language, S1 asked, "Why don't we just call it farm stand instead of a refreshment stand?" Staff (S3) agreed and said the term 'farm stand' would better encompass sales of grown and produced goods, while liquor or other sales would still require appropriate licenses. Commissioners also requested adding "services" to the phrase so it reads "sale of agricultural products, supplies, and services." Staff said they will update the draft to match the use tables and definitions.
