Board changes 'gun-free' wording and adopts 'Weapons on campus' policy

Staff clarified the policy text: the gun-free language does not apply to law enforcement or adults with board authorization and makes limited allowances (e.g., locked firearms in private vehicles). The board agreed to change the policy title to 'Weapons on campus' and approved the policy by voice vote.
