Seal Beach highlights beach access mat ribbon cutting and National Night Out; police to receive community policing award

Councilmembers recounted National Night Out attendance and gratitude to community partners such as the Seal Beach Lions and public‑works and recreation teams. They also noted recent neighborhood events, College Park East gatherings and the final summer concert in the park. Several councilmembers highlighted the utility of the new beach mats and a track‑equipped wheelchair that increases access to the surf line.
