Robertson County commissioners voted to approve a rezoning request for a parcel at 5369 Hooks Branch Road, allowing the existing house to be separated into its own parcel.
Hunter, planning staff, told the commission the applicant, Nick Changus, requested that 5.4 surveyed acres of an 8.38-acre tract be rezoned from AT and T to RPA-80 so the house could be placed on its own parcel; the Planning Commission recommended approval by a 5–0 vote. "They're wanting to get the house off into its own parcel and the way that septic laid for that when they had to kinda cut in," Hunter said.
Commissioner Roberts moved to approve Resolution 051826041 and Commissioner Thompson seconded. The Chair announced the result as "13 for, none against," and the rezoning was recorded as approved.
