The Lindale Planning and Zoning Board opened Feb. 9 and approved the minutes of its Jan. 12, 2026 meeting. Paul Ray moved to approve the minutes and Darrel Vidrine seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
After a presentation by Steven Lloyd, director of planning and development, the board considered the Birch Hollow preliminary plat (14955 CR 411) and approved it on a separate motion contingent on adding roadway names and required easement notations. No members of the public spoke during Citizen Talk Time; the transcript records “None.”
With no further business, Paul Ray moved to adjourn and Kelli Campbell seconded; the meeting adjourned at 6:19 p.m. The board listed Terry Edwards, Kelli Campbell, Paul Ray, Jerry Terry and Darrel Vidrine as present.
