Drum moved and Funk seconded a motion to enter executive session at 9:46 a.m.; roll call recorded Buck, Drum and Funk voting yes and the minutes state "MOTION CARRIES 3-0." The committee returned from executive session at 11:02 a.m. Drum then moved and Funk seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 11:03 a.m.; the motion passed with all yeas.
The minutes also note that the Sept. 22 IASB presentation was canceled and Oct. 7 was confirmed as the next committee meeting date; Homecoming 2026 was recorded as October 9. The minutes do not record public comments or other substantive discussion.
