The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation on Jan. 7 approved its consent agenda (the Dec. 3, 2025 minutes) and approved a Retail Market Analysis and Recruitment Strategy from The Retail Coach.
Director Dave Rhodes moved to approve the consent agenda; Director John Packer seconded and the motion carried 5-0. Later in the meeting Director Lindsay Plante moved to approve the Retail Coach proposal; Director John Packer seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The board then convened an executive session under Texas Government Code sections 551.087, 551.071 and 551.072 and returned to open session at 1:23 p.m. No action was taken following the executive session. The meeting adjourned at 1:27 p.m.
