Later in the meeting, at 8:45 a.m. Commissioner Heinen again moved to recess into a five-minute executive session to discuss performance of non-elected personnel; County Clerk Nicole Lee remained present. The board returned at 8:50 a.m., extended the executive session to 8:55 a.m., and returned at 8:55 a.m.; again no action was recorded. Between the executive sessions the board approved the July 31, 2026 minutes (with one correction) on a motion by Commissioner Heinen, seconded by Commissioner Pollock. The board adjourned at 8:57 a.m.; the next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 10, 2026 at 8:10 a.m.
