President Janice Collison called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. The minutes list board members Marianne Bird, David Booth, Janice Collison, Michele DeShone and Arik Smith as present, with David Jaffe absent; Jenean Coughlin arrived at 5:38 p.m.
District personnel recorded as present included Superintendent Jamie Kraatz; directors Jamie Hales, Tienna Smith, Michael Waldie; Finance Supervisor Mitchell Wise; Director of IT Sean Murphy; Communications Supervisor Lori Puckett; contractor representatives Chip Hendrick and Trace Hendrick (RC Hendrick and Son); and secretary Debbie Jackson. Attorney Christopher Iamarino (Thrun Law Firm) joined remotely at 6:05 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m., and the minutes were signed by Michele DeShone as Secretary.
