Lorain County approves $123,871.27 NEOSRD agreement for Phase 2 stormwater regulation support

The Lorain County Stormwater Management District voted to approve and enter into an agreement with NEOSRD for Phase 2 stormwater regulation support covering Jan. 1, 2026–Dec. 31, 2030. The contract amount recorded in the resolution is $123,871.27; the board adopted RESOLUTION NO. SWD-26-6 to authorize payment.
Don Romancak said the collaboration dates back more than a decade and that the Phase 2 support has previously assisted development reviews in Columbia Township and projects including Emerald Woods, Pulte Homes and Del Webb. The board voted unanimously to approve the agreement.
