The Lorain County Stormwater Management District unanimously elected its 2026 officers at a Feb. 3 meeting in Elyria. Commissioner Jeff Riddell was adopted as chair, Marty Gallagher as vice-chair and Commissioner David J. Moore as secretary/treasurer after motions, seconds and roll-call votes.
The board formalized each appointment by resolution: RESOLUTION NO. SWD-26-1 (Riddell, Chair), SWD-26-2 (Gallagher, Vice-Chair) and SWD-26-3 (Moore, Secretary/Treasurer). Each resolution passed with an aye vote from Moore, Riddell and Gallagher and no nays recorded.
