Santana also requested that the City Attorney provide a legal opinion on the contract for Flock cameras and data-sharing provisions. The Council did not take a formal vote on either of those requests at the meeting but recorded the items as requests for staff follow-up.

The Council directed staff to prepare the ICE-response protocol and also flagged the HOT spending and Flock contract for separate staff reports.
