The Board had called the session to order at 6:00 p.m. and Ms. Sonia S. Flores took roll call; trustees present were President Mary Watkins, Vice President DeLeon English, Secretary Ken Beber, Jason Olson, David Montemayor and Jeff Burton. The minutes for the meeting record indicate the minutes were approved on Jan. 21, 2026 (as recorded in SEG 002).
