Secretary Ken Beber moved to approve the item as discussed in closed session; Trustee Jeff Burton seconded, and the motion passed 6-0.
The closed session began at 6:02 p.m. under Texas Open Meetings Act subsections 551.074 (personnel) and 551.072 (land) and the Board reconvened in open session at 7:02 p.m. President Mary Watkins presided over the open session. Superintendent Michael Lamb was present for the discussion and the board recorded the unanimous approval of the evaluation and contract.
