The Little Elm ISD Board of Trustees voted 6-0 on Nov. 17, 2025 to approve the purchase of new school buses. Mr. Jonquez Moore briefed the board that the purchase is intended to address district growth, replace aging vehicles, reduce maintenance costs and support more efficient routing.
"The purchase of new school buses is essential to address growth and replace aging vehicles," Mr. Jonquez Moore told trustees. Trustee Ken Beber moved to approve the item; Trustee Jeff Burton seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
