The conceptual site plan lists program elements including CTE flex labs, additional core classrooms, expanded library and fine-arts spaces, a dance studio, orchestra space and a cafeteria/kitchen sized to serve an estimated 3,400 to 3,600 students. The packet explicitly states the site plan is for illustration only and remains subject to change during the design process.
The presentation also identifies a storm shelter integrated into the high-school renovations and notes that some elements—such as exact square footage and final seating counts—will be refined as design moves forward.
