The Board approved the Consent Agenda July 9, which included the June 4 Board Minutes; June 10 and June 29 Special Budget Minutes; the Police Monthly Report; and the Finance Monthly Report. Commissioner M. Shane Turney made the motion to approve the Consent Agenda; Commissioner Billy Joiner seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Under announcements, the Board noted that food trucks will be scheduled every Friday and on various other days, and that The Blood Connection will hold a blood drive on July 30 and donate a portion of proceeds to The Children's Museum, New Bern. The meeting adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
