The Forest Hills Board of Education voted unanimously March 31 to move into a closed session to carry out Superintendent Kirby’s quarterly evaluation. Member Colley made the motion, Member Maggie Terryn seconded, and the board recessed regular session at 9:02 a.m. for the closed-door meeting under Michigan’s closed-session statute, MCL 15.268(1)(a).
The roll-call vote in favor listed Ayes by Members Kermode, DeBoer, Colley, Terryn and President Fauson; there were no recorded nays.
