The district also convened a Full‑Day Kindergarten planning team that has met three times, visited an established neighboring FDK program, and engaged current and recent kindergarten parents as part of planning for the 2027–28 launch. Assessment notes in the packet reported strong Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) outcomes with several schools earning commendable designations and ongoing winter i‑Ready diagnostics and SAEBR screenings to guide supports.
