BOCC waives Space to Create building permits and approves two liquor-license renewals

County Clerk Jolene Linky (speaker 16) presented two liquor-license renewals: SD and AD Inc. (doing business as Roadhouse Bar and Grill, 1000188 US Highway 34 in Grand Lake) and Indian Peaks Marina Restaurant LLC (6862 Highway 34, Granby). Offices and the sheriff's letters indicated no adverse actions; the BOCC approved both renewals and authorized the chair to sign.
