"All conditions of the preliminary approval granted by the Planning Commission on 05/15/2024 for SD 142999 Magnolia Ridge Phase 1 have been met," Wallace said during the meeting.
Commissioner Wilson Freeland moved that the commission approve the final subdivision plat, citing the secretary's certification and the record. The motion passed by a voice tally of 6–1; the commission chair recorded a single dissent. The commission did not modify the substantive elements of the plat during final action; staff will proceed with ministerial steps required for recording and signature.
