The Zoning Board of Appeals approved Aug. 10 a request to extend previously granted zoning relief for 27–29 and 31 Camp Street. Attorney Matt Echol asked the board for a six‑month extension for variances related to a two‑family building at 31 Camp Street and a year extension available for the special permit; planning division staff confirmed the applicable deadline dates.
Amy Beth Leith of the planning division clarified that the variance deadline would be extended to Jan. 15, 2027, and that the special‑permit approval could be extended administratively or by the board to July 15, 2027. The board moved, seconded and approved the time extensions unanimously.
